NewFound Partners (NFP) is a Houston-based, value add commercial real estate firm led by John Leggett and Brad Elmore. Active in development and income-producing properties, NFP invests in traditional and specialized real estate classes in high-growth markets.  NFP’s portfolio spans hospitality, industrial, retail, office, multifamily, and mixed-use developments, along with solar and battery power storage.

NFP’s principals personally invest in all projects and are meticulous in selecting and managing investments. Brad Elmore

Brad is the managing partner and Co-Founder of NewFound Partners, and since 2007 he has worked across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate asset classes. From origination to exit, Brad implements the daily execution of strategy for NewFound’s development investments. Brad has also completed over 300 real estate transactions with an aggregate value of more than $3 billion in volume in a brokerage capacity. This experience provides depth and creativity to the team's origination, capital formation, asset management, and government relations efforts. Prior to focusing on principal-side investment, Brad had been a regular recipient of Costar’s "Power Broker" awards and the Houston Business Journal "Heavy Hitter" awards. Brad is a director of the boards of the Houston Racquet Club and Harris County Improvement District 14. Brad received a BA in Economics from the University of Tennessee, and an MBA from Rice University where he served as President of his class.

John Leggett

John Leggett is the co-founder of NewFound Partners, a real estate firm with a portfolio of investments ranging from raw land to site development, construction and property management for office, retail, multifamily and mixed-use sites with total asset value of more than $300 million. He serves as the lead visionary for all investments and is heavily involved in all aspects of the project from site selection to design, development implementation and beyond. In addition to NewFound Partners, John is the founder of Leggett Ventures and On Point Custom Homes. In 2017, John was named 40 Under 40 by both the Houston Business Journal and Professional Builder. Growing up in North Carolina, John’s introduction to the construction and real estate industry began as a young boy when as father owned a construction company. After receiving his Masters in Accounting and BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, John moved to Houston to pursue investment banking. John spent five years servicing majors, independents and oil service companies before founding On Point Custom Homes, a nationally recognized custom homebuilding firm based in Houston, Texas. Using a variety of metrics and data analysis, NewFound Partners determines optimal risk/reward profiles for each investment before moving forward and remain hands-on throughout the investment process. John oversees all strategic planning as well as investment operations and decisions. John is a licensed real estate broker and member of the local, regional and national Realtor Associations. Additional accolades include Excellence Under 45 award winner from the Texas Association of Builders, Inc. 5000, Houston Business Journal Fast 100 and 2017 Texas Custom Builder of the Year. John, a serial entrepreneur, has additional investments in a wide variety of industries beyond real estate and is an active member of his community supporting many local non-profits.

Earl Correll

Earl has worked alongside John for over fifteen years. Lead principal on any development and building projects for NewFound Partners, Earl works with John and Brad on all strategic planning as well as investment operations and decisions. Earl plays a critical role in all investment projects particularly with managing projects through all phases of the development cycle, including feasibility, design, pre-construction and construction. Earl initially started his career in residential real estate as a general contractor and project manager and now also serves as the President and CEO of On Point Custom Homes, an award-winning Houston homebuilding firm. He is extremely meticulous and creative with development opportunities and believes real estate is a large, stable, and diversified investment class that offers a compelling opportunity for both current income and appreciation across multiple property types. With Graduate Master Builder and Certified Green Professional designations from the National Association of Home Builders, Earl manages the majority of On Point Commercial’s Houston property management, field construction and operations projects. Earl and John work closely to determine optimal risk/reward profiles for each investment before moving forward and remain hands-on throughout the investment process form site selection to design implementation. Additionally, Earl is a family man and truly believes in improving the communities in which NewFound Partners invests.

Eric Kline

Eric joined NewFound Partners with the intention to work directly and transparently with multifamily, RV Park, and marina owners. He has a background in raising capital for multifamily acquisitions, ground-up development, and refinancing. Before joining NewFound, Eric worked at PinPoint Commercial where he supported the capitalization and development of its seniors multifamily projects. Prior to PinPoint, he worked at Berkadia facilitating the firm’s capital brokerage activities; marketing and closing $300 million in Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bank and preferred equity financings across acquisition and development situations. Eric built a foundation in finance in General Electric’s Financial Management Program with an audit specialty. Eric received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Eric sits on the board of the Collaborative for Children non-profit, which provides support and training for early childcare centers in the Houston-Galveston region.

Ashley Tucker Zatcoff

With a background in communication and project management, Ashley oversees the internal operations and investor relations at NewFound Partners. Ashley brings a variety of strategic project management and communications experiences to the team and is instrumental in the operational success of our projects. From managing tactical to dos to ensure smooth transactions to overseeing all investor communications, Ashley is responsible for providing up-to-date information about our operations to partners internally and externally. Prior to joining NewFound Partners, Ashley managed a marketing team at one of Houston’s boutique public relations firms. A University of South Carolina graduate, Ashley received a Bachelor’s degree in public relations and business. Always looking for something to keep her busy, you can usually find this Houston native out and about exploring the city. An arts enthusiast, dessert connoisseur and party planner extraordinaire, Ashley enjoys finding new happy hour spots and traveling around the world.
